Shipping at a glance
Dispatch time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS (where available). Tracking may take 12–24 hours to activate.
Packaging
Singles are protected with sleeves/toploaders and sealed items are cushioned to help prevent transit damage.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within India. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll announce it on our store and social channels.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and courier network. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout based on your address and order weight/size.
What if my package is delayed?
Check the tracking link first. If it hasn’t moved for 48 hours or shows an exception, contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item(s). We’ll review and guide you on the next steps.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Reach out as soon as possible via the Contact page.
Returns & refunds
We aim to be fair and transparent. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for wrong item, missing item, or damaged-in-transit cases, subject to verification.
What items are not eligible?
For collectible products, we generally can’t accept returns for opened sealed items, or for buyer’s remorse on singles where condition was accurately described.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
After the return is approved and the item is received/verified (or in eligible cases, after verification via photos), refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
What if the package is returned to sender?
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or process a refund after deducting shipping/handling where applicable.
